Spending the day with Jane Sebbi, 40, a farmer with 12 acres of land in Kamuli, Uganda, on Thursday, May 19, 2011.

Jane grows corn, bananas, coffee, amarinth, potatoes, soy beans, common beans and sweet potatoes. She also takes care of pigs, goats and chickens. Jane has seven kids. The oldest is a daughter, 22, currently studying business at college, and the youngest is 7.
